What every PI asks before the demo.

Will my clients know it's AI?
Not unless we want them to. The intake is trained on hundreds of real domestic inquiries (pacing, empathy, discretion). It introduces itself by a name on your team and never claims to be a human investigator. In extensive testing across live PI engagements, we have not had a single client identify it as AI.
What about confidentiality? My clients are vulnerable.
Every conversation is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not retain transcripts beyond what you need for the case file. Nothing is shared cross-client, cross-firm, or used for any model training. You hold the keys, you own the data, and we sign whatever your attorney wants us to sign.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. Ours qualifies leads, asks the same five intake questions you would, identifies emergencies, and books a consult on your calendar with a confirmation sequence.
